Short version: we collect the minimum, we sell nothing, and you can leave with your data any time. Long version below.
1. What we collect
Your name, contact details, emergency contact, and attendance records. If you use the programming app, your lift numbers too — the board never lies, and neither does the database.
2. How we use it
To run your membership, schedule your classes, and keep coaching records so your programming actually progresses. We never sell personal data.
3. Where it lives
Encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in the UK. PB board displays first names and lift numbers only — opt out any time at the front desk.
4. Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data whenever you like. Email privacy@kilo.club and a human replies within a week.
